Warranty Conditions

1. SBM Indonesia Warranty

The Product is free from defects in both materials and workmanship when it is first purchased by the customer and for the next 12 (twelve) months. If during the warranty period, this Product fails to operate under normal use due to defects in materials or improper workmanship, SWARA BERKAT MUSICA INDONESIA will repair the Product by the terms and conditions stated in the warranty.

2. Terms And Conditions

Warranty is only valid if the original purchase note/invoice given to the first purchaser by the dealer, stating the date of purchase and serial number is included with the Warranty Card and the Product to be repaired. SBM INDONESIA has the right to refuse warranty if this document is lost or changed after the original purchase of the product by the dealer

Repaired products will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty or 30 (thirty) days from the repair date. Defective parts or components that are replaced will become the property of SBM INDONESIA

Warranty does not cover damage to the Product:

To optimize the use of your new product, we recommend the following steps:

  • Read the manual for safe and efficient use

  • Read all terms and conditions outlined in the Warranty Card

  • Keep the original purchase receipt/invoice for repair claims during the warranty period

  • Please return the Warranty Card no later than 14 days from the date of purchase

3. Additional Information

  • This warranty card must be stamped by the selling dealer.

  • Consumers will be charged for spare parts and labor that are not included in this warranty card.

  • After the warranty period ends, SBM's standard service policies apply.

  • Transportation, shipping, and handling costs incurred due to shipping this product to and from SBM or SBM service centers will be borne by the consumer.

  • SBM INDONESIA's decision on all matters related to damage cannot be contested.

  • Usage

i. Usage beyond product specifications, incorrect installation, modification/change/connection or repair including but not limited to the use of unauthorized spare parts in making repairs by institutions not authorized by SWARA BERKAT MUSICA INDONESIA to do so.

ii. Carelessness, accident, rough treatment or error or other reasons that are not in accordance with the existing usage guidelines.

  • Physical

i. Broken driver, damaged sponge, dents, cracks/destroyed/scratched, loose buttons, etc.

ii. Docking, Adapter, Remote, Accessories (others contained in the packaging) broken, damaged, dented, cracked/destroyed/scratched, loose buttons, etc.

  • Loss

i. Loss of accessories, grii, components, batteries, remotes, manuals and others contained in the standard packaging are prohibited.

  • Software

Natural disasters (struck by lightning, floods to earthquakes) changes in electrical voltage.

Exemption from repair costs during the warranty period is valid with the terms & conditions stated on the warranty card.

SBM Shall Not Be Liable For Any Loss Of Anticipated Benefits Or Profits, Interruption Of Work, Or Loss Or Interruption Of Data Arising Out Of The Use Or Inability To Use The Product.
